" Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself." - Rumi-
I believe coaching is most effective when it takes place within a trusting, partnership-based relationship - one that allows for clear thinking, even in challenging situations.
In my work as a coach, I create a structured thinking space by partnering with clients in their thinking, making it possible to pause, reflect, and approach important questions from new perspectives. Our conversations are both thought-provoking and practical, supporting greater awareness and more conscious personal and professional functioning.
The situations clients bring to coaching are rarely isolated problems. More often, they are interconnected questions that emerge at a particular life stage, role, or level of responsibility.
These may include, for example:
- uncertainty around decisions or direction
- sustained pressure or internal tension
- managing boundaries and overcommitment
- feeling stuck in leadership or work-related situations
- navigating change, transition, or a new role
- questions around balance between work and private life
Each coaching process starts with where the client wants to go. Together, we clarify focus and direction, while thinking gradually becomes clearer and decisions can emerge from a place of internal stability rather than urgency.
I work in individual, team, and group coaching formats, always choosing the structure that best fits the situation and the intended outcome.
The client quotes at the end of the About me section offer a glimpse into how this work is experienced by those I have worked with.
My services
Individual Coaching
Structured thinking in challenging situations
In individual coaching, I provide a structured thinking space
for people who are operating under decision pressure,
feel stuck, or want greater clarity around an important situation.
The work unfolds as a process,
building on existing experience and supporting clearer focus and direction.
Executive or Senior Management Coaching
Clear thinking under high responsibility
Executive coaching provides a structured and holding space
for senior leaders facing high-stakes decisions, complex situations,
and the isolation that often comes with leadership roles.
The focus is not on quick answers,
but on maintaining internal stability and clear thinking under pressure.
Team Coaching
Shared thinking within working teams
In team coaching, I work with teams that collaborate in their day-to-day work and want to gain clearer insight into how they function together,
how they make decisions, and where they are heading as a team.
The process provides a structured space to reflect on patterns of collaboration, relationships, and shared goals.
Group Coaching
Shared thinking across similar roles
Group coaching brings together professionals who face similar challenges in their work but do not collaborate as part of the same team.
The group offers a structured and safe space to share experience, broaden thinking, and explore new perspectives.

Trust and openness between the coach and the coachee are essential element of the not-so-easy “journey” of a coaching process. We can decide, if we start working together during a free initial consultation.
Let's see what coaching is all about!
Talking to various professionals, I often get the question, how do I define the coaching process. Of course, I am happy to answer every time, as this puts the initial coaching relationship on a common and solid ground.

Will the real me please stand up? - a perspective on Impostor Syndrome
Throughout my career, I've encountered many remarkable individuals who, despite their achievements, fear being seen as frauds. This phenomenon, which we call impostor syndrome, is much more common than we might think. An inspiring presentation prompted me to reflect on it.
World Mental Health Day
October 10th is World Mental Health Day, dedicated to raising awareness of mental health issues and destigmatizing mental health care.
One in 5 employees worldwide (20%) say their job impacts their mental health in a negative way. According to employees, managers have more impact on their mental health than doctors and even therapists do, and the same impact as spouses and partners.
Employees are looking for a work environment that supports sharing mental health concerns and prioritises mental health support.
