The weekly Pod Meeting is a safe, confidential and committed space for real sharing and support from peers. Facilitated by Annamaria via Zoom to help unpack your weekly learnings, work towards your goals and amplify your results. You deepen your learning through the experiences of others. Individual coaching

6 weeks of inspired practice

You get to build a foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self).

Week 1 - Self-Command Muscle

Through a breakthrough process called PQ Reps, you get to boost your Self-Command muscle. Each PQ Rep only takes 10 seconds and can be done with eyes open or closed. With each PQ Rep, you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.

Week 2-3 Saboteur Interceptor Muscle

You get to intercept your top Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions. In preparation for this practice, you get to expose the lies, limiting beliefs and damage of your Saboteurs, so they can no longer fool you into thinking they are helpful to you.
Most participants discover their Saboteurs to be far more prevalent and damaging than they suspected. In week 2-3 you will practice intercepting your Saboteurs before they hijack you and work on rewiring your negative neural pathways by redirecting their response.

Week 4-6 Sage Muscle

You get to practice the Sage Perspective that every problem or challenge can be converted into a gift and opportunity. And you get to generate the gift through the 5 Sage Powers of Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate. You get to Replace draining self-judgment with energising self-acceptance and empathy and to discover how your Sage generates your highest performance while enjoying every step–“in the zone.”
Explore how to continue using your PQ tools for a variety of work and life applications. You get to chart your path to keep progressing towards your fearless aspirations. You can establish support and accountability agreements to sustain your momentum

The weekly 1 hour live video group calls will take place on zoom every Monday or Tuesday, depending on the Pod you get in. We will schedule individual coaching calls based on your availability.

You will become a member of a support and accountability group called a Pod, that will consist of 2-10 (typically 4-5) individuals who are going through the program at the same time.
Research indicates a 500% increased likelihood of establishing positive new habits when supported by accountability partners.

After six weeks, you will have access to the PQ app and PQ Gym for 12 months for free. If you would like new daily content or ongoing coaching support, this can be arranged in week six of your program for an additional fee.

Annamaria will lead the weekly live group calls and work with you as your coach during the individual coaching sessions.

Shirzad Chamine will conduct the weekly video sessions, that are best timed to watch during the weekend. He is the New York Times bestselling author of Positive Intelligence, translated into 20 languages. He has been CEO of the largest coach training organization in the world and has trained faculty at Stanford and Yale business schools.

Shirzad lectures on Positive Intelligence at Stanford University and works with Stanford’s NCAA athletes. His background includes graduate level studies in neuroscience in addition to a BA in psychology, an MS in electrical engineering, and an MBA from Stanford.
